Board The Cincinnati East SAY Area Board is composed of the Executive
Board and District Representatives who review and vote on administrative activities,
rules and procedures. They are all dedicated volunteers. |
| | Executive
Board The Executive Board is made up of volunteers from our Districts.
Each District must supply at least one adult to serve on the Area Executive Board.
This board supervises the Districts and all activities for the spring and fall
seasons, including seasonal meetings and calendars, fields, fees, coach and referee
training, game schedules and refs, the fall tournament and communications.

Positions Please talk to one of our Area Board members or your District
Representative if you would like to serve as a volunteer for Cincinnati East SAY.
There is a job for anyone. A great deal of our communications is via e-mail (or
Clicshare), so Internet access is vital.

Team Committee Representatives Cincinnati EAST SAY has veteran Team Committee
Representatives who supervise about six to eight District Representatives to help
with communications, transitions, roster reviews, variances and other special
requests. (See Contacts for a list of Team Committee Representatives and their
respective Districts) Group One Team Committee Rep.:
Nick Beck Districts: AMIS (Academy of Multilingual Immersion Studies);
East End (Riverview East Academy); Fairview; Kilgour; Nativity; OLSH (Our Lady
of the Sacred Heart); Sands; St. Cecilia; and Prince of Peace/Queen of Angels.
Group Two Team Committee Rep.: Tom Law Districts:
Cardinal Pacelli; Clark; Ken-Sil; Norwood; St. Marys; and St. Ursula Villa.
Group Three Team Committee Rep.: Ed Riordan Districts:
Doherty; Lotspeich; Seven Hills; and Mercy. Group Four Team
Committee Rep.: Ed Riordan Districts: North Avondale; St. Vincent;
Summit; and Walnut Hills.
Area Player Pool Some players need to be placed on teams via the Area
Player Pool for Cincinnati East SAY. This includes players from within
the Area who do not belong to a District, and players who are unable to secure
a position on a team within their District that has too many players on the roster.
The Player Pool Coordinator takes care of any player who wants to find a team.
