Cincinnati East SAY needs
referees for all Divisions. This is an excellent way for teens and adults
to provide guidance to young soccer players, make money, and get
exercise. We encourage parent-child ref teams. Cincinnati Easy SAY
employs a two-ref system for each game. Referees are usually assigned
several games in one day.

Referee Clinics
Referees must attend official SAY referee clinics. These are announced
before each season. Younger referees (age 12 and older) begin with the
Passers Division (ages 6-7). After referees gain experience and
additional training, they qualify for older Divisions.
Referee Coordinators
Cincinnati East SAY has Referee Coordinators and Schedulers who handle
game assignments. They are seasoned veterans who will help accommodate
your personal schedule and handle any issues that may arise from a match.
Cincinnati Easy SAY strictly enforces its rules on the conduct of coaches,
parents and players.
